Child Safety Standards

MetalDate is strictly an 18+ platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and practices for preventing, detecting, and reporting CSAE.

Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or use this platform.
• All users confirm they are 18 or older during registration.
• Accounts that we determine to belong to minors are removed.

Prevention Measures

• We prohibit any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children.
• Users can report any content, profile, or message directly in the app and on the website.
• Reported content is reviewed and actioned promptly.
• Accounts found sharing, soliciting, or producing CSAE content are permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and report to regional and national authorities. In particular:

• We report confirmed CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement right away.
